Degree Evaluation Information
A Degree Audit Evaluation is the complete academic history of the student evaluation. The information contained in the evaluation will help you and the student better prepare for registration in the upcoming semester.
Degree Evaluations are accessed through Fish 'r' Net 24 hours a day.

Running a CAPP Compliance For Faculty
Currently not all all degree programs, minors, and concentrations are built for compliance processing
Steps For Faculty To Run A Compliance
- Log Into Fish 'R' Net
- Enter Secure Area
- Enter your Generated ID and Pin
- Select Student Records
- Degree Evaluation
- Select the CAPP Evaluation Term-Submit
- Verify the students Program Information
- Select any necessary majors, minors, and concentrations (Only Undergraduate Business Programs require a concentration)
- Generate new evaluation-You may be asked for the term again
- You should now be able to view nearly everything about the student's academic history.
- Optionally, you can view a previous evaluations, generate a new evaluation or do what-if analysis. A what-if analysis is used to determine what requirements would be necessary of the student decides to switch programs.
Generating a "What-If" Analysis
- Log into "Fish 'r' Net
- Select Faculty Services tab
- Under the Faculty Services Menu
- Select Advisor Menu
- Select Degree Evaluation
- Either enter the student's ID or enter part of or all of the student's name
- Once you have selected the correct student, click submit
- Select the "What-If" analysis link on the bottom of the page
- You must select an Entry Term.
Note: This is the catalog the student would be following. For example, if they are following the 2007-2008 catalog, select fall 2007.
- Click on the continue button
- Select the appropriate program
- Click on the continue button
- Select the only option that appears in the Firs Major drop-down menu box. Note: This is a combination of the major and department
- Click on the Add More button if you need to enter a minor or concentration. Note: You may only choose a second major from the same Bachelor's degree. I.e. BS or BA.
- Be sure CAPP Evaluation Term is in the Evaluation Term: selection box
- Click on the Generate Request button
- Choose Detail Requirements
- Click on the Submit Button
- View or print the evaluation
